A very encouraging week despite the defensive injuries.

I'm not getting carried away, but I am very upbeat.

Credit to manager and players and I think we are only going to get better.

Payero and Crooks look very good together.
Sporar looks a very good striker and I like his combination with Watmore.
We have nous on the pitch in Bamba, Howson and McNair.

Tavernier has to get better and we have Bola, Fry and Dijksteel to come in at some point (perhaps).

There is real team spirit and togetherness.

All the signs are good, all of them.
 
It’s good too know 2 of the teams above us are Luton and Coventry. We need to stay in and around it now.
 
Can't complain after today, we played well and deserved to win by more.

Payero gets the goal his performance deserved, Bamba excelled again.

My faith is partly restored, a few more results and I'll be winding my neck in for a few months.
 
Three wins are three wins, although in all cases the respective record of the opposition suggested we should be taking maximum points, if we have any realistic ambition for challenging towards the top of the division.

But it does seem like the players are really together and that the team is growing - lets hope we can capitalise on the good run we're on and really push into the top six.
 
It's clear from the Sporar and Bamba post match Sky interview that the players are together. As Bamba said, if you want to achieve anything the dressing room has to be together. That's a big credit to Warnock, the coaches and the characters of the players.

To think some "ITK" reckoned Warnock was on the way out.

Only a couple of weeks ago you couldn't see Warnock turning it round and wanted to replace him with Frank Lampard 🤣

You are one of life's ***** Nobby.
I said I wasn't calling for his head, but when answering who I would like next I said Lampard.
I have always championed Lampard and he is available.
Given Warnock is leaving at the end of the season, I said if we were able to get Lampard now then I would.
I have not been for chasing Warnock at all and have supported him despite some weird decisions/selections.

As usual you just want to have needle. Quite appropriate given you are a pr*ck.

Which is the same as I put above.
I'd like Lampard to be our manager and if we could only get him now, then I would.
Given I think there is very little chance we will get him then I am more than happy to keep supporting Warnock as I always hav

Spot on. Whatever has happened over the last couple of weeks has worked. Interesting how sometimes adversity can bring togetherness. I have always felt Warnock is very good at the 'everything / everyone is against us' type scenario. It has been a while since I have seen us look so together.

Sol Bamba is quite clearly a very impressive individual. So inspiring and full of personality. Not everyone has that charisma and we are lucky to have him.around the squad. Being realistic we can't expect him to be an ever present and we have to hope that when he has to miss games that other players step up. I am really keen to see him and Fry together (I have always felt Fry is so much better with an experienced warrior next to him).

The great thing about the surge in form is that suddenly we have competition for places. It has been a long time since we have had that.

As the understanding between the squad improves I can only feel positive. Sporar, Crooks, Payero, Bamba are the type of players we have missed. Genuine quality, character
andd personality.

Tentatively a little bit excited.
 
I was one who called for him to be sacked after Hull, could never see this run of form coming at all. So fair play to him.

Hopefully it’s not a flash in the pan and we can do it against teams further up the table.

Payero with Crooks in midfield has been a massive turning point.
