No please, as much as I love his passion as a player, him loving in the area, the bond he shared with everyone I don't want all that spoilt by him coming back as manager & a Mogga found out fans turning, no stay a loved former Boro player George

TWENTY YEARS!
I’d guess George would be into management in the next 2-5 years. If Birmingham do away with Karanka this season.. they could do much worse than promote from within.

George will have an eye on his future and making preparations. (that is if he stays in football) after Warnock has had his fill of European nights and racking up silverware with the boro I could see him passing the torch to someone like Steve Round with George Friend as assistant.
