Everyone's entitled to a holiday....
Thanks
It always seems there’s a holiday or a break right when the **** is hitting the fan.Entirely agree....but at the right time.
You can't start dictating when people take holidays either...The kids are off for 6 weeks it's perfectly reasonable to take 2 weeks off during this period. I'm guessing you have....Entirely agree....but at the right time.

Unless you can't afford to feed your children.Everyone's entitled to a holiday....

When parliament shuts down mp's return to their constituencies. It's not meant to be an 8 week holiday. Why is it that the whole of parliament can shut down for a period - that doesn't happen in any other critical service - why should it happen for politicians? Let them book their holidays and ensure there is sufficient capable cover for the running of the country*.

Everyone's entitled to a holiday....

There's always a crisis somewhere....I'm cancelling all your leave btwNot reasonable at all to go on holiday when you're the country's leading politicians and the country you're supposed to be running is in a crisis.
I'm not defending anyone, just saying everyone is entitled to a bit of time off during the school holidaysLots of people can’t afford a holiday, thanks in a large part to the woeful mismanagement and incompetence of this group of crooked charlatans that you defend.
As long as I can remember the MPs have disappeared for about 2 months at this time of the year. Let’s face it , civil servants run the country . Politicians, like a few other professions , are part timers and just about figure out what is happening in their designated area, then they move on.If a Labour PM and Chancellor were on holiday during an economic crisis like this the Mail, Telegraph, Express, Sun et al would be incandescent with rage and full of holiday pics of them drinking, sunbathing or whatever. Missing in inaction
No, not everyone is. Fortunately at most places those with children are given time off during school holidays as their workmates reasonably take holidays at another time.I'm not defending anyone, just saying everyone is entitled to a bit of time off during the school holidays
As some one who has worked in the civil service (dwp) you will see the largest exodus you have ever seen if they go after flexi.Don't worry, Jacob Rees **** face is continuing to work hard at his culture wars with the Civil Service. A valuable use of his and Civil Servant's time and resources I'm sure.
Obviously they didn't have Flexi time in Victoria England so I can see why the whole concept confuses him
Rees-Mogg demands probe into civil servants on ‘flexitime’ deals
Jacob Rees-Mogg has ordered an official Whitehall-wide review on ‘flexitime’ deals which allow civil servants to work part-time hours on full-time pay.www.lbc.co.uk
That's perfectly reasonable if you have school aged children, are you saying Johnson has more kids the rest of us are unaware of?I'm not defending anyone, just saying everyone is entitled to a bit of time off during the school holidays
