Where are you going on holiday this summer?

Overnight ferry from North Shields to Amsterdam, then drive to Belgium and 10 nights in an AirBnB near Liege, doing plenty of exploring.

Favourite bit is being sat in the bar on the ferry roughly 20 minutes after leaving the house. So much more civilised than dragging your **** to Dover...
 
We are going to France for 8 weeks. We have our touring caravan in storage over there and contact them to put it on our pitch. The storage company service and clean it for us for less than storage was over here.

We will have our little rubber dinghy out with our 3.5hp motor and spend the majority of the time on the lake. I can't wait.


I love Cornwall and Devon but it started to get too expensive and one year we spent a fortune on parking alone in Devon.
 
I've got a week in Bucharest this month and then a few days in Muncaster in August for Sea Power's festival.
 
Just weekends I think, wife is a teacher so can only do school holidays, I just moved to a new job and all the companies available school holidays are booked, so it looks like we will save the money this year. It's possible we will get away in Oct half term.
