Is he not as good as DCL? I’m really not convinced. I’m not sure his stats aren’t as convincing either.

Not sure I'd take any Leeds players to be honest. Bielsa drills them (very successfully) to play a particular brand of football, not sure how successfully they can adapt to a different style with a couple of weeks notice.

Bamford‘s goals per game ratio was better than Watkin’s at the time of the last squad announcement. Both are in the thoughts of GS though apparently.

Henderson should be fit. Personally, I’d have James Ward-Prowse starting. I think he’s a much better footballer than Phillips.

It's absolutely criminal that we sold Bamford and kept Assombalonga, Gestede and Fletcher. Bamford was streets ahead of the others and I was always confident that he would be able to cut it in the Premier League. He's proved he can this season and I'm pleased for him as he seems a good lad.

If Bamford isn’t good enough for England that’s fine but it’s hard to see how DCL and Watkins are so far ahead of him when you watch them play or when you look at their stats. If none of them were being touted I could understand it more. We are so dependent on Kane it’s incredible, just pray that he doesn’t do a metatarsal between now and June.
