Woodgate appointed Bournemouth manager?!?

In true Boro fashion he’ll lead them out at Wembley and throw a MasterCard sub change where they beat us with a last minute goal 🥶

Jokes aside if he's genuinely got it then I wash him well (clearly not at Boros expense)

To get Boro then Bournemouth based on CV. No wonder Sol Campbell meltsdown.

This has to be a new footballing low? Actually having the new manager at the club before you sack the old one😂

Got knows how his interview went. What's his CV? I nearly sent a Boro side that finished 7th down.
It used to happen a lot ie Bruce Rioch moved to Middlesbrough as assistant to Willie Maddren and the writing was on the wall. But not doing this only a couple of days before the manager is sacked.
It puts Woodgate in a really difficult position doesn't it - he has to now tell everyone he had no idea what was about to happen.
I had not seen that the OP had jumped the gun. It would be putting Woodgate in a very uncomfortable position.

Bournemouth would be nuts to give the job to Woodgate. They've still got some good players and a genuine chance for immediate promotion. They'll go for some random German coach I reckon.
