Woodys team are winning again.

He lucky to have them key players still at the club. I can see why we were angry with him when he was here. He was taking us down at the time. I was glad when he was sacked by Steve Gibson.

Woodgate has gone after nearly relegating us to league 1. Don’t get why people care that he is doing ‘OK’ with a better squad of players elsewhere. Move on.

Lot of bitterness over the lad, or is it envy?? Of a local lad whos done well for himself. He clearly tried his best here but of course fAiled unfortunately. Those people against him will be the same people who will be clamouring for him to return when hes doing well.

I think folks just wanted him to do well at boro. A lot of bitterness was aimed at boro fans from Woodgate after leaving.

Is anyone really against him, most folks either want him to do well or couldn’t give a flip after slagging us off.

Half the team was injured for most of the season.. remember Howson having to play CB and RB for months? Ayala, Friend, Shotton, Dijksteel, McNair, Browne, Gestede and Wing barely played. Then we sold Randolph on top of it.

He’ll be ripped apart by the press if they manage to get promoted, you can get away with his press conferences in the championship but the media will slate him in the premier league especially if they’re near the bottom.

if, if, if..

if he gets promoted, if they're near to the bottom

When we were relegated there was a number of the first 11 left - Keeper, left back, right back, centre half, midfielder, forward - thats over half the starting eleven - it was disruptive to say the least.

I find it interesting to see how Woody gets on at Bournemouth as he has the players that should get promotion, very similar to Norwich and Watford.

It was a good result last night for him, but its very much in the balance still.

TBF Bournemouth were sixth when he took over, they finished sixth, so he did 'ok'. If he gets them up fair play to him, he'll have done well there. Doesn't change the fact that he didn't do well here.
