Well worth catching band on Jools Holland tomorrow 10pm

It'll be the first time I've watched Jools Holland in a long time!

WMC were great at the Georgian in February. If it hadn't been for the virus they'd be massive now.

Absolutely agree. They'll be live from the Trades Club, Hebden Bridge apparently. Syd is the only original one left from when I saw them, seems to have recruited equally interesting multi instrumentalist replacements for the departed. Hope he is wearing his socialism t shirt

Trades Club, great venue. Hope to go back there in the near future. I can watch in on the TV tomorrow should be good.

The band grew out of the Trades and the Golden Lion in Todmorden (another gem in Calderfornia). The original drummer's Mum is one of the promoters at the Trades. The original bass player is still in the band @kuepper. The original girl guitarist, Julia, is now solo. But Maireaid is a brilliant replacement. Rob Graham, formerly of Drenge is the other multi-instrumentalist. They are cool as feck.
