Signing him on a permanent would be a real statement of intent I think
He needs to do a bit more convicing for me yet - his goals prevented stats aren't great though I imagine he is improving. He'll be on a big wage at City.

20k, I assume you're talking per day ?
There's no way he'll be on 20k a week at City.
3x that as a minimum I would say. If we did sign him, he'd have to take a wage cut (which he might have to anyway if he will be leaving City regardless) with a promotion bonus
