Yes. Chemicals moving about, causing anxiety and insecurity.
I always loved Spike Milligan and his writing. It can impact anyone. He suffered awfully but made a huge contribution to UK society.
It’s possible to be okay. It’s possible to make other peoples life better.

It is an awful affliction on society , but imo you can't dwell on it mate, you have to fight fire with fire in my past experience, do t let it get a grip of you be strong and positive , all the best utb
