Snowing like an apoidea opening here at the moment

been playing at it for a couple of hours but now getting a bit more serious. J 22 on M62 a bit "sticky" Rishworth 4.5 miles away starting to stick Oldham what snow 012.15
 
Just had a solid 15 min spell of heavy snow here, eased off now. Looks bad up on the moor tops 😬
 
We`ve had a sprinkling of snow not enough to fill an inch in a bucket since it started this winter.
I love snow.
Especially camping in it.(y)

Really bad in harrogate all routes in and out gridlocked ... the gf has just asked me to go and pick her up from work where she is snowed in ... what exactly will that achieve apart from me leaving a nice warm house in knaresborough and getting stuck myself?

Getting from Knaresborough to harrogate is bumper to bumper when there's no snow!
 
It's bonkers here, been snowing for over 12 hours. Been out (have to negotiate 2 miles of track to get to the road). Even with diff lock and low range it was hard going. When I got back I had to dig out the yard .......... again. :rolleyes:

Just had a look out of the office window at Rishworth (W Yorks). Looks like a winter wonderland but traffic still moving on the M 62 but it is a lot slower than usual and maybe the lanes are reduced as only one lane seems moving eastwards

Drove from Hudds to Bolton around 4ish not too bad outside lane covered in snow but idiots driving in it too fast- lad in a golf ended up in the barrier across lane 2+3 smashed in allover. Idiot.
