Death penalty is far too kind, we need to employ something that would truly make them suffer.I'm not sure what the argument is here, given that Sally Clark wasn't subject to any death penalty. I've already stated I don't support it in any cases where there could be a doubt, and I would only be in favour at a judge's discretion, not a blanket statutory punishment. Her conviction was overturned on appeal as well.
