Her son's a good manager too.Mams a genius! There I said it.
He's been a reveleation so afr, not just in the peroformances, but the way we are playing. We look balanced and composed - a proper team.Mans a genius! There I said it.
Careful we’ve been here with wilder…..Mans a genius! There I said it.
Probably because the players hated him and his way of playingWhat Carrick has done shows how poor Wilder was.
Carrick came in, no new faces, no pre season matches and lots of away games and has quickly turned things around. How did Wilder get it so wrong?
Wilder was so one-dimensional, the only way he was going to have success playing with his system was having the right players for the right roles within the team. What Carrick has done shows how poor Wilder was.

Who’s Wilder?Wilder was so one-dimensional, the only way he was going to have success playing with his system was having the right players for the right roles within the team.
Matt Clarke wasn't the answer playing as an overlapping centre halve, and Mowatt wasn't the answer playing as our box-to-box midfielder (although I believe Wilder still wanted him).
He certainly didn't do himself any favours with his refusal so give Forss a run in the team, who ironically would have been perfect for Wilder's system if he'd given him the chance, but he spat his dummy out and decided not to play him due to not getting the strikers he really wanted in my opinion.
Good managers can get the best out of what they have to work with, but Wilder's inflexibility and stubbornness meant it was only going to go one way.
When are we officially allowed to comment without the preface ........ 'I know it's early days but ..........'Mans a genius! There I said it.
