Hi all, I’m coming down for the Preston match in a couple of weeks. Not been for a while and first time I’ll really be making a day of it in the town. Any recommendations for pre and post match pints? After a good atmosphere more than anything. Cheers in advance.

Osbourne road is the main area for bars local to Jesmond Dene House, student area though so the bars tend to cater to that. The best there in my opinion would be Jam Jar or 97 and Social. Wylam Brewery is also a good shout as mentioned by FrozenHorse but a bit further away, I’m guessing 20-25...
