Best value gig: I paid less than 15 quid to see Scissor Sisters supported by the French band Phoenix at Middlesbrough Empire in 2004, I think.

I saw Radiohead in 2003 in Germany (Southside Festival) and they were awesome. Paranoid Android, There There, Just, Idioteque, etc. Also saw The Police on their world tour in 2008 and they were amazing.

Woodrow might make sense if Azaz goes. Knows how Edwards plays, lots of Championship experience. Not saying he'd start every game but a decent squad player and he might be available at a good price.

I think the general rule is that if you're from the area then it's ok to moan about the state of the place. People do it all the time in FB / Gazette comments. If you're a politician/ journalist from the South, or an overseas player, the same thing is not ok.
