Agree. Had enough time to easily bowl Essex out especially as they were four down overnight. We lack a decent spinner who will take final day wickets. Bess bowls a lot of overs but doesn't get enough wickets. Moriarty doesn't fill you with any fear either. Need some good spinners to come through...

It was very scrappy today but we got there in the end. However all our games will be tough the way we are playing. You expect the season to end every game we play!

I guess that comes with the territory when you are moving on a lot of mulit-million pound players around the globe, many on loan, and then buying and loaning a lot of players to replace those who have left. Ours is pretty high as well for a non-parachute team.
