Absolutely astonishing. The first player interview in the history of forever where the word 'obviously' was completely absent. Even the interviewer (Mark Drury?), who normally uses it in each question, manages to speak normally for 10 minutes before he can't help himself reverting to type.

Not enough of that page is visible to be sure, but I would imagine that the only reason it would be signed is so that the holder could be identified by being asked to duplicate the signature if challenged. Why else would a signature be required? I can't think of a reason.
