Not peanuts, a reasonable offer for the talent to leave, this obviously open to interpretation but we need to accept we are as things stand a top class stepping stone, and as hard as it is we need to accept that until we make a jump into the PL and make it stick

We attract young talent with the promise that if they perform and the right offer comes in we will let them fly, this has come quickly for Rogers but the moment we break the promise is the moment the talent stops coming 6.5 million plus add ons tops, and that is acceptable.
