It’s time to get Sir Gareth back.

Hang on, Cole, Ferdinand, Gary Neville,Sol Campbell in defence, Beckham, Owen, Rooney. These players were winning leagues, champions leagues etc. one hundred percent some of the best individuals in the last sixty years and nearly every one would have walked into a Southgate squad. Could Gareth...

    This is a great post.

    Greggs - Lemon Meringue Muffin

I just got one of these for free through the app as a birthday treat they are amazing. Yes I do have the app and use it with pride.

    Care homes

This is what really winds me up these people just ramble on from thing to thing with no coherence but do not get picked up on it. Asylum seekers being put up in hotels are not allowed to work it isn't a lifestyle choice but these interviews don't ever push for clarity.

    Farage on Immigration

The snippets I saw basically only discussed legal migration, did they say anything about what they were doing to tackle the boats? The graph he put up showing migration rising and the economy flat-lining missed out a Brexit sized variable. Depressing stuff targeting carers to get a populist...

    Most disturbing/depressing films you've seen

Tyrannosaur is pretty grim. Irreversible is the only film I've ever had to stop part way through, some scenes are just horrible. I don't watch any of those types of films now, apart from some post apocalyptic stuff which is usually a bit grim.

Is the excitement building for tomorrow?

It's nailed on for us to win but Coburn score in the last minute, giving Millwall the win and sending them to the playoffs for a top-tier 'typical Boro' moment. Bristol City fans must be nervous like they could lose out if they lose and things don't go their way. So many results have gone our...

    Runcorn by-election odds

Nearly 4 million on minimum wage have been given a big increase under labour, workers rights have been improved too. How come that doesn't make people feel better about labour?

    Azaz & Whittaker

Azaz has been involved in a third of our goals all season, despite going missing in most games apparently. He's an attacking player and he does it well. The other players are meant to do the dirty work. I agree with the sentiment of the op that you can't have too many of those players but then...

Pogatez ["Mad Dog"] next Manager of Boro?

I like the idea of ex players managing the team, I don't think Mowbray lost respect of fans during his time here when it went south, I think people recognised the job he did and the constraints. Pog would be a good shout for me. I always hoped Nigel Pearson would have come to us, I'd love...

Any booing after the game ?

For me it's not that. I feel I am entitled to see the team busting a gut and doing their best. The thing that's been horrible is seeing us playing as if it's a friendly for half the season. My daughter was at the match, she said she's just disappointed the team don't seem to want to try. She's...

Middlesbrough vs Norwich [26/04] Match Day Thread

If results went against back in Feb against Bristol we were mathematically down. We've had so, so many chances since then and so much has gone our way and we've not taken opportunity after opportunity.

    Still in our hands

Have they been saving it up for the last game of the season? I'm blaming everyone at this stage, and do not see how the managers or players are suddenly going to change for the last two games of the season and then for the playoffs as well.
