I’m after a new podcast to listen to. So what are your top 5? They don’t have to be sport related.

Mine:

1. The Elis & John show
2. Athletico Mince
3. Quickly Kevin 90’s Football
4. Undr The Cosh
5. Second Tier
I'm looking for things to keep me occupied while I'll be having treatment and recuperating this year....always wanted to listen to Athletico Mince...where do I find it (useless with this podcast lark)

Atletico mince
All the NOISER podcasts - real dictators, Short history of…, Scotland Yard confidential is superb. Napoleon. John Hopkins is the narrator, they’re great.
Anything goes with James English

1. Off Menu - Gamble and James Acaster podcast. Utterly excellent.

2. Quickly Kevin. Will he score? A podcast on 90s football. Josh Widdicombe

3. Desert Island Discs short version podcast

4. God Save Chart Music with Al Needham. Brilliant 70s and 80s chat.

5. Filthy Ritual - The story of swindler Juliette Dd’Souza

Hunting warhead - https://www.cbc.ca/listen/cbc-podcasts/387-hunting-warhead

Hunting Warhead follows the journalists and police on a global mission to expose the darkest corners of the internet. What they discover shocks them. Host Daemon Fairless tracks down the investigators, survivors and criminals themselves.

Then there is Hardcore History by Dan Carlin. He covers world wars, genghis khan and many other interesting times in history. Unbelievably detailed and fascinating.

The episode ghosts of the ostfront is a great one to listen to at the start.

Preview here
https://youtu.be/upAzM5Mduvw?si=9TZNvSn8LCkNTRgq

And then there is 'darknet diaries' a collection of stories of crimes on the Internet. The xbox 3 part series he did was fascinating.

"Hunting Warhead" is one of the most shocking things I've ever heard.

You have to be invested in the subject matter, but Who Killed JFK from Rob Reiner is sensational. The most detailed, thoroughly researched account of it I've known. It is that detailed that once you get to the end you have absolutely no doubt that what you are hearing is absolutely true.

Chart Music is great, keeps me going on long car trips for work. Don’t know if you heard Neil Kulkani passed away last week, he was only 51.

I like Off Menu but I get fed up with the same comedians doing the rounds on various podcasts.
