M25 closed

I absolutely hate the M25. I do need to use it occasionally but I try to avoid it when possible. The M11 Motorway is decent and I use it pretty regularly. But the M25 is just stressful unless it's the early hours of the morning or very late at night.

Agreed.

I used to live not far from the bottom of the M11. Used it a lot when I was travelling back to the Boro to see my family. Never had many problems on it.

The family of my missus live on the way down to Brighton. It used to be murder getting down there. I normally went through the Blackwall tunnel then round the south east part of the M25. Absolutely hated that journey as almost always problems on the M25.
 
If catching a flight from london we always go down the day before as we have been held up so often on that dismal road.
 
Yea the M25 added to tacho laws has gave me a fair few anxious moments. Not a nice road. Along with the M62
