I was in a taxi yesterday with a guy from Pakistan. He suggested I try the mosque. Might pop down tomorrow at 9pm

Having said that, I’m up at this time with my own demons but have at least managed about 3 hours sleep.
 
I hope you managed to watch or follow the game. Pretty exciting game (for a neutral)!

I'm not sure the level of support you are currently receiving but you always have the option to walk in at Roseberry Park if you need it. Some great people there. They can help you get a referral to the Crisis Team.

Crap nights sleep but did watch the game last night. I've used the crisis team before, I'm not mad enough even though I was going through a complete breakdown. The guy said go have a nice cup of tea 🙄 my GP put on Valium within an hour
 
Anyone know of a cheapish (£400 to 450 month) room to rent please? 1 month for now as I'm burning money in hotels. Needs to be in Boro as it is central to appointments I need to go to. Total longshot but thought I'd ask. I'm not doing the sleeping bag in woods ever again. I cannot get housing help. I feel embarrassed to be asking this.
 
Another night, 2am ISH and wde awake. Really quiet hotel and been listening to the sleep hypnotherapy got from thomo on here

I hope you enjoy the Mass. What are you looking for from Religion? Is it the community aspect or something more spiritual/emotional?
