Who enjoys the Turkish hairdresser experience?

I went a while ago, the bloke who usually cuts my hair is a smashing fella - Mike Forbes, but he’s semi retired so was stuck this one time. My crown stuck up for about 4 weeks. I’ve got a double crown and a natural Billy Whizz quiff thing at the front so my hair is difficult to cut.
They’re already if you want a high fade sort of thing.
Plus, I had no idea I had such scruffy ears
Quite happy to shave my own face.

When I was filming out in eastern Anatolya a few years ago, the presenter I was with decided he wanted to go to a random Turkish barber in Van city. It really was just a walk up. Not planned. b***r to film anywhere that has mirrors. Anyway, the sadist in me quite enjoyed it. About 2 mins in

Been once, had the flaming ears and a hair cut for £15!! Never again, even the normal £11 is far too much. Ah where is Rob Tester when you need him? 🤐

When I had hair 😅....I always enjoyed the full monty at a barbers especially in the middle-east.
One lad refused to come with us and went to the Burjuman centre in Dubai to get his hair cut by some lass from Essex in a fancy shop..cost him 50 bar.
We went to honest Abduls at the back of the Gold Souq and had the full hit for about £8.
Haircut, shave, ears, nose, eyebrows, neck shave and head massage. Bargain.
