Managed to do the full course this morning. Tough going in the cold, rain & strong wind, but miles in the legs. Probably only do a couple of 5k runs now leading up to the race. 🏃🏽‍♂️

I’ve managed to get a Great North Run place too. Really looking forward to that. Definitely a bucket list run 🏃🏽‍♂️

I used ASICS for ages but i started get few niggles in my knees. Switched to Brookes (Ghost) 18 months ago. Ive had no problems since. Very comfortable & give great support.

Who’s doing Boro HM 3rd March? Ran the course the course last week. Decent route, looking forward to the event, should be a great atmosphere 🏃🏽‍♂️ Over 2k running it apparently so hopefully visitors get a good impression of the town.
