You've answered your own question.Pickford has been the outstanding England player for me. He shouts, cajoles, organises at the back, and saves penalties. What is there to dislike, apart from being a Mackem?

Either it’s an issue for you or you are purposely attempting to make an issue of it.
They are all players to me and I had no thoughts about anything else other than hope they score.

Their race is an issue already, because they've been getting racial abuse from very stupid and inadequate England "fans" for years. The fact that all the players who took the penalties with such skill and calmness are black or mixed race, highlights how incredibly stupid these racist f*ckwits really are.
It’s pretty obvious. When we lost in the last Euros to Italy, the three black lads who missed got loads of abuse. He’s only pointing out that fact when some people are quick to criticize but slow to praise these same players.

Neither did I, and I never even noticed it until this morning. Unlike the 2021 final, when I noticed straight away the 3 “culprits” were black and was in no way surprised to hear the next morning that they’d been racially abused by some d1ckheads.
Anyway, just thought it was worth pointing out, given the aftermath of the last final.
