Church..

Bit of all of them.
Yeah, I think I understand. Have you been along to Andy's Man Club at Middlesbrough Town Hall? Every Monday from 6.30pm - 9pm (except Bank Holidays). Free entry and refreshments. Here is a link to the Facebook page:
Andy's Man Club - Town Hall

Do you have any sports or activities that you used to enjoy? (Most sports have groups for all ages locally) Walking football perhaps?

It would be great to hear about what you want your life to be like. I find that focusing on improving a small number of things, can create a bit of momentum. It could be as simple as daily exercise, eating healthier, making a phone call to a friend every evening, joining a new group/club or perhaps volunteering to help a charity or community group (litter picking teams are always after new helpers).

These things can help to give focus and structure in the short term. More medium term might be to work towards creating your support network. It might include Professionals (GP, Crisis Team, Therapist), Charities (Samaritans, MIND etc), Mental Health Groups (Andy's Man Club etc), FMTTM, a small number of friends/family, a work colleague/rep, new connections you meet by volunteering/joining groups etc. All can play parts in helping you get well and manage difficult periods. As I've said before, the offer is always open to grab a coffee and talk. Lots of us on here have had mental health challenges and we are all here for you.

I used to go to AMC in Hartlepool for nearly 2 years. Amazing but I started to take on other peoples problems. I am looking to volunteer somewhere

Plus done most of that, I just don't have any family or little friends. Samaritans have been a life line for me. Sick of seeing 3am
