Ipswich and Hull supposedly have agreed £18m for Hull's Philogene.
I was thinking what value for say Hackney who plays with Philogene in England under 21s or Latte Lath the Boro goal machine and Ivory Coast international.
Philogene is a decent player, but over the last 2 seasons has not set the Championship a light. So to me the £18m is evidence of this as an absolute minimum value on Hackney and Latte Lath.
