Dripping tap

Sorry but this might turn fmttm into a diy advice site.
Daughter has a dripping Roca mixer tap
Took the handle off but how do i access the cartridge the column is one piece. The cartridge thread is visible ( for the handle,) it has a screw head on it.
Trying to post a picture but the files too big

No idea what kind of Roca you have but here is a vid that may or may not help

some of the models seem to need a special tool to remove the cartridge

My advice would be - turn the water off at the stop **** before you try to dis assemble the tap....

it may be sucking eggs sort of stuff, but i felt it needed to be said...

its a bit like removing the waste trap and tipping the contents back into the sink...
