Why would he? He’s been at Bristol Rovers and his face to faces will be with Neil Maddison.

They would have spoken on the phone, Rovers kept playing through the World Cup so he wouldn't have got a chance to be part of the Boro set up while it was on like Zack Hemmings did from Kilmarnock

Fairly sure he won't be eligible for Boro until July 1st as his registration can't be moved from Bristol to Middlesbrough until transfer window opens.

If anyone knows different this is just my understanding of loan rules now
