No wonder Warnock bl00dy loves him!
I wonder if he's in line for a new deal, he only signed a one year deal and after a shaky start has been playing well recently.

My dad's 73 and retired years ago. He does nothing these days and can't understand why Warnock still puts himself through it every week

He is a terrific example to all on how to approach and cope with the wonders of lifes trials and tribulations
Work hard, play hard, don’t take everything too seriously, family values applied to home and work life. Pick and choose your battles wisely, smile through adversity, surround yourself with trusted people and look after them as well as you can. Anyone with a different take on life, let them make their own journey via a different fork in the road and wish them well.
