Has anybody here worked for a courier company

I ask because UPS has lost one of my packages and it's been 2 weeks, they say they 'can't find it'.

I find it hard to understand how something can be 'lost'. Unless it's literally been stolen by an employee, then the package is there, in their depot.

Doesn't a stray package the goes nowhere attract attention?

I get the impression that they make more money selling 'lost' packages to auction houses for their contents than they have to pay out in compo. They really don't give a flying &%^$^$

Keep pushing them, i had an issue with Ebay International a few months back... took them a month to find it because i didnt give up harassing them even when they said i was wasting my time

Very unlikely it’s been stolen as UPS employees are very well paid compared to other parcel delivery companies. More likely the shipping label as come off the parcel
