Ethan Galbraith to replace?Surprised at this one, must be a good offer. Wrexham or notts county splashing the cash?
Did he?Im a bit surprised by this, he seemed to be highly rated here
He was being scouted by Colchester towards the end of his Gateshead loan so could be them as well.Surprised at this one, must be a good offer. Wrexham or notts county splashing the cash?
You think we are going to sign Galbraith so that we can loan him out to Gateshead?!Ethan Galbraith to replace?
Long term successor to Jonny Howson..You think we are going to sign Galbraith so that we can loan him out to Gateshead?!
Howson will still be in the first team at 52, Galbraith will probably be retired by the time he gets the chance to take over from the machine that is Johnny Howson.Long term successor to Jonny Howson..
Is Jonny Howson a vampire?Howson will still be in the first team at 52, Galbraith will probably be retired by the time he gets the chance to take over from the machine that is Johnny Howson.
No but he does drink blood from the fountain of youthIs Jonny Howson a vampire?
I guess this Brentford-ball strategy means we sell players when we feel they’re at their high value and that means not seeing as much of them as we might wantBit disappointed with this, I would have liked him to have trained with the first team pre season. The few reviews I read for him for Gateshead were very positive, he has bags of potential, he is Grimsby's gain if it is true and I hope we have put in a 20% sell on clause
Yea, that’s the model really now. Signed for free, sold for what, 300k? Add in a 25% sell on and hopefully he does great and gets a 1-1.5m move in 12 months, giving us 500k+ for just scouting the guy. We probably haven’t even had to pay much or anything in wages as he was on loan all last season.Yes, we'll sell when we think we're getting a decent return on the investment, which we are in this case. Hopefully there's a sell-on clause too as insurance.
Good luck to him
