Leeds losing again

Only if Leeds keep hold of their players and don't mess up their business.

Zero guarantee of that happening.

I'd say there's zero chance of it happening.

They've got a few defensive players out of contract, and I really don't see Somerville and Gnonto putting up with another season of championship football.

This season is by far their best chance of promotion; it just gets harder for the after.

If they finish 3rd, history says they've still got a decent chance of promotion, but the field is still the favourite.

Good chance Archie Grey will be snapped up as well.

Parachute payments drop each year so they need to start thinking about reducing costs.

It's a very quick downward spiral is the Championship.

My cousins is also a lifelong Hull fan , I'm cheering on The Tractor boys because I’d rather travel to hull away than Ipswich away!
Hull like us last year are built on sand. Take away the loanees and they’re a midtable side. So I hope they don’t make play offs.

It’ll give them a decent war chest though.

I thinknsouthampton staying down would be better, they’re a pretty average side and don’t have the number of big saleable assets as Leeds.

It's not very often teams get promoted on their second season after being relegated because of the huge changes they have to make.

I thought the last team that did it might have been Villa but apparently they had 3 seasons down.

Teams usually bounce straight back up or suffer an extended period in the Championship.

Bournemouth I think did it
It's not impossible by any means, but the first attempt is the best chance.

There was a time not too long ago that, if a team didn't get back in your first 2 attempts, they were destined for the third tier.

I think we and Derby were the only teams to buck that trend. They then had a single pl season before their decline.
