Locked out of Outlook

Have you tried recovering your account (link below)

If you have, you may need to ring some type of Microsoft Help centre.

Do Currys/PC World have an IT section for fixing issues like this, think I saw a business area in the Curry's at Teesside Park the other day.

Also have you tried logging in to your laptop as an Administrator this may let you log in to Outlook

If it works as an Administrator there will definitely be a security concern on your user account (the normal way you log in to the laptop)
