Another morning hoof for this - anyone going to the match please bring an item of food or a pound for the collecting van at the North Stand. If you cannot make the game you are now able to contribute via the text number 70560 to donate £5
 
Most food banks are getting less food from the super markets than in the past (for various reasons) but demand has gone up as food prices have risen 15% and incomes by 3% to 4%.

Middlesbrough Supporters Forum has organised another Middlesbrough Foodbank collection at Saturday's game against Bristol City.​

With the support of MFC, the Forum arranged a donation point outside the outside the North Stand ticket office for dry and non-perishable foods, or cash donations, to support the invaluable work the foodbank does in the town.

The van and volunteers will be in place between 12pm and kick off.

A card reader machine to accept debit/credit card donations which go directly to the Foodbank will also be available.
The new text donation option for those who are unable to attend the match or wish to make an extra donation at any time is also up and running.
Text MSF to 70560 to donate £5. Texts will cost the donation amount plus one standard network message rate.

Urgently needed items required include:
Long Life Juice
UHT Milk
Tinned Custard
Tinned Fruit
Cash donations are also welcomed to enable items to be purchased.
