Just a heads up that this show is heading for a sell out and we're now over 90% sold.
The band's new album, It's Not Comfortable To Grow, gained a 5* review from The Independent, and The Guardian have also recently discovered them, as seen in their recent feature here: https://www.theguardian.com/music/2022/oct/29/one-to-watch-plastic-mermaids
This follows on from The Independent's 5* review of their debut Glastonbury set earlier in the year: “Making their Glastonbury debut, IOW collective Plastic Mermaids are a joy to behold at the Croissant-Neuf stage.
The band absolutely love it on Teesside and what better way to welcome them back than with a full house.
For fans of Grandaddy, Flaming Lips, Sparklehorse, Cloud Cult and the like.
One of THE great TKASG acts, and this will be some show.
Thanks to all who are supporting.

Album reviews: Yeah Yeah Yeahs and Plastic Mermaids
The Yeah Yeah Yeahs’ new album lacks their original urgency, while Plastic Mermaids prove they’re evolving with ‘It’s Not Comfortable To Grow’
