Coluka it’s ok to be feeling wayward and lost right now . These challenging times strain our capacity for capable reasoning and often we make irrational judgements that ordinarily we’d manage easily .

Many are going through it and there is help , people will listen and not judge you .
I used a great service back in 97 where a group of Boro fans anonymously gathered each week and we openly aired our Boro feelings and it was incredible how the hurt just expelled itself from your mind . Often you had a real burst of emotion that manifested itself as a good old fashioned weep , but blimey you felt better especially when you realised its normal to support the Boro and make bizarre judgements.
