Young player: Cole Palmer, absolute shoe in.

The other two, not got a strong opinion

Foden for both player awards, though I think Watkins deserves a lot of praise this season and Palmer has done brilliantly too.

Emery for manager, and that's not even a difficult one.

Isak is 25 in September
Seems odd to not have an Arsenal defender (Gabriel, Saliba) in the player of the year awards.

I'd go Watkins, Arteta, Palmer

I'd have Palmer over Foden for the main award because Palmers influence on Chelsea has single handedly turned their season around, next season with the right players added and the right players leaving, they might be a force. Still can't stand Chelsea mind.

I would have Foden because he’s been the best player in the premier league.

I like Iraola but Gary O’Neil’s unlucky not to be nominated. Bournemouth are 2 points above Wolves and I’d argue that Wolves were in a worse state when he took over, their last manager flounced out because he thought the squad was **** - and some of Bournemouth’s success is due to Gary O’Neil.

Striking the amount of young players in the POTY category. The next generation have taken over.

Should YPOTY be more of a breakthrough award? It’s weird seeing Haaland, Foden and Saka in there because they’re so established.

POTY - Foden
Manager - Emery or Arteta
YPOTY - for breakthrough season, Palmer. For quality it has to be Foden again

They need to change the age threshold for the young player of the season, I mean Palmer would and should still win regardless but it's slightly ridiculous that 24 year old Isak can be nominated for it. Cut off point should be like 22 at the start of the season, at mos. I dunno how Anthony Gordon wasn't nominated for it either, loathed as I am to suggest a Newcastle player for it.
