The dictator's army are failing....and evidence of torture and murder increases....

Obviously it would be better if it was dead, but should we remove ANY sanctions until is handed over to be tried for war crimes?

To give you an idea how things work, Germany has just nationalised Gazprom Germany, so that they can continue to be supplied with Russian gas but call it German gas, thus getting around any EU sanctions.
The Germans don't give a hoot about Ukraine.
