Interesting to hear the qpr coach talk about warnock appointing Abel tarabt as team captain which they thought was insanity at the time and it sounds similar to his methodology he tried to emulate with Britt.

The thing is Tarabt was quite a fiery character and you can see why he could possibly function as an unorthadox captain. Britt didn't have any edge or leadership capabilities
