Welcome to the Boro Family - Chris Wilder

Interesting.

I`ve found at least four twitter sites accredited to Chris Wilder.

Footi Accumulators is owned by Checkd Media Group who are a betting and social media marketing group. They promote betting and associated third parties.

Perhaps we should ask him about it?

* Incidentally - when he was in League One with sheffield United - he hired a Psychologist to work with the players*

Sheffield United boss Chris Wilder's rant about 'do-gooders and lefties' leaves fans bemused

Sheffield United manager Chris Wilder went on the attack in his latest press conference, arguing against “psychologists or do-gooders or lefties”, leaving fans on Twitter baffled

Sheffield United boss Chris Wilder has left fans baffled after ranting about “do-gooders and lefties” during his latest press conference.

The Blades boss sees his side 14 points away from safety with 14 matches remaining this season, with a crunch clash against Fulham this weekend.

And in his pre-match press conference, he caused a stir during his rant about criticism that he has been receiving.

The 53-year-old began his comments by saying: “People talk about not being allowed to say this or that to them.

“I’m not bothered in psychologists or do-gooders or lefties, I don't know what you're allowed to say.

“I’m the football manager, so I’m saying it as it is."

The comments were included on a video posted by Sheffield United on Twitter, but were subsequently edited out following the bemused reaction of supporters.

“You OK mate,” one supporter said.

Another commented: “Chris Wilder having a normal one. Those bloody lefties getting his team relegated .”

And a third simply added: “Wilder has gone a bit Brexit.”

With a fourth added: “This is wild!”

A final supporter held nothing back, with: “And there goes my like for Chris Wilder. Man doesn’t believe in the concept of psychologists.

“Enjoy relegation Chris.”

Wilder admits that his side will be feeling the heat from him if they continue to make errors which push them closer to relegation.

“Go and sit in Liverpool’s changing room, can you imagine what they’re saying. Go and sit in Manchester United’s changing room, Man City’s," he said.

“Go and ask Kyle Walker what it’s like in their changing room.

“It’s harsh, it’s cut-throat, it’s business. Produce, play well, stay in the team, don’t make a mistake.

“I’m their biggest supporter but I’m also after them if they continually do it. That is my criticism of the team.

“Modern day psychology, whatever, they know I’m not smashing them day in day out because they wouldn’t have gone and got the results they have for the last four years if they thought I was an absolute nutcase.

“I am at times but there’s still a bit of love in me and a lot of support for my players.”

From what I have read from some other football messageboards his appointment is being seen by other supporters very much as a positive one and some saying they wish they were bringing him in to their club.
