No man is above criticism and Steve Gibson certainly isn’t, he hasn’t the will? You cant possibly know that unless you know the man personally. He hasn’t the skill? Well that’s just complete ballcocks, we have seen him speak very well, especially in his releases last year in the derby scandal. He should rightly be criticised for certain decisions made, hiring Southgate and agnew seeing out the PL season but you are on his back constantly and it all just seems a bit personal, we know he has the best interests of the club at heart which is good enough for me.

As a "football businessman" he has created a "business" that has Nett Liabilities of £116.6m to June 2021. It will be even more underwater now. There are only 4 clubs in GB in a worse position re Shareholder Value. It is not my opinion that he is an appalling "football businessman" it is an absolute fact.

As a communicator he is equally pathetic. He doesn't communicate often and when he does it is nearly always a PR disaster.

As for personal, it is interesting. If you don't cite personal experience then you can't know, but when you do then it is purely personal. Steve is fine when being lauded, can appear even unassuming. When challenged...
Anybody who has interacted with him will tell you the same.
