I've never watched Luther and are in a very small minority of people who think Idris Elba is overrated.
At one point I did wonder if he was just going to but his seat belt underwater and drive along the sea bed back to the UK.I thought it was quite alright until they took a quick ferry from Dover to Norway, arriving before helicopters, that it really lost the plot and went silly.
Spending a long time under water in freezing conditions without any signs of hypothermia and with dry clothes a few minutes later was nonsense too.
A little too well I thought, seemed worryingly genuine with it!I also thought Sekis played the bad guy role well.
He acted too wellA little too well I thought, seemed worryingly genuine with it!
Might be his side hustle.A little too well I thought, seemed worryingly genuine with it!
I did think the same having watched it.Read an article online how they're looking to create a James Bond type character with Luther, with more movies on the way.
The end of the film sort of leads into this potentially...
Yeah thats how i saw it, he's well down the odds for next Bond now so maybe he's thinking he turns Luther into a Bond type character, with a movie every year or 2.I did think the same having watched it.
IT certainly felt like a transition from a gritty BBC British crime drama to an explosive over the top American action movie. His coat being his cape by all accounts.
Maybe his back up idea if not the next Bond.
Chase the Netflix bag. He'd be daft not to.Yeah thats how i saw it, he's well down the odds for next Bond now so maybe he's thinking he turns Luther into a Bond type character, with a movie every year or 2.
