Be interesting to see if he can restore his reputation abroad.
I think he'll do ok. Bit of a power vacuum could emerge in Italy now. Its different to here/Spurs.He still enjoys a good reputation in Italy.
I fear it will go the same way as Spurs. Roma have a worse squad and nobody like Kane or Son he can lean on to get him out to trouble.
His stock has dropped at a ridiculous rate over the last 5-10 years.
1 league title in 10 years is it?
Absolute shadow of where he was when he left Porto to Chelsea.
Haven't you missed out Real Madrid?2, Inter in 2011/12 and Chelsea in 2014/15.
He's won the league, two League Cups and a European title in the last 6 years.
It's not outstanding, but I don't think that's too bad.
He got Tottenham to a League Cup final and was bizarrely denied the opportunity to contest it.
Solskjær is being lauded this season for being 2nd in the table and reaching a European final, yet he's almost certain to get fewer points than Mourinho did at Man United, and even if he does win the Europa League, he hasn't won a double either.
He's definitely declined and became more miserable, but I don't think he's finished.
Haven't you missed out Real Madrid?
In my head it was 1 title in last 8 seasons but haven't checked.
Ok its 1 in 9 years (the last being Real Madrid before the '1' at Chelsea).Haven't you missed out Real Madrid?
In my head it was 1 title in last 8 seasons but haven't checked.
Madrid was after Inter. That was 11 years ago.
Not among the media he doesn’t it was almost civil war towards the end of his tenure at inter. He still enjoys a good reputation in Italy.
I think Inter fans liked him though? Granted that's irrelevant to what Roma fans think. Not among the media he doesn’t it was almost civil war towards the end of his tenure at inter.
mainly because he kept reminding them how great England was.
put it this way no one refers him as the special one in Italy
but no arguing with his record.
