Following on from the thread about Intermittent Fasting and Keto, I've decided to give it a go (not wanting a debate on it; I've decided) but am wanting to know what kind of snacks are good for this protocol? I'm talking about snacks you can keep in the drawer/fridge at work to graze on in the afternoon. I googled it but got a load of ads for pre-packaged, processed stuff which I really want to avoid if I can. Any tips from the resident sexy IF/Keto beasts would be appreciated!
