Man u or Villa away

Whoever we play this draw alone will pay the wages of that young Arsenal kid we are reported to be paying £40k a week to, and more for that matter 👍

2015 we took 10,000 to old Trafford in the cup went to extra time we beat them 3-1 on penalties unbelievable support from the greatest fans in the land, utb

Not sure man utd would be easier, they have a better form than villa having lost just one fo their last 5 while villa have lost 3

The rules are simple. The away team is entitled to receive up to 15% of the capacity at the stadium they are visiting.
Old Trafford capacity this season is 73,000, so we are entitled to request 10,950 tickets for this match.

Villa Park capacity is 42,749, so we would be entitled to 6,412 there.

These are competition rules.

The nonsense above around Villa being given 3,000 tickets at OT is simply because that is what they have requested. Given it is televised on a monday night they clearly felt they wouldnt shift more.

Boro have done this before in the past and not nearly requested full allocations.
Correct except max number would be 9000 if Old Trafford. Unfortunately there is always the segregation get out clause where home club mysteriously can't arrange suitable seating which has been used before!

21. DISTRIBUTION OF TICKETS
(a) All Rounds Preceding the Semi-Finals In all matches in the Competition Proper preceding the Semi-Finals where the Visiting Club’s spectators are permitted to attend, the Visiting Club shall have the right to claim up to 15% (up to a maximum of 9,000) of all accommodation for which tickets are issued providing these tickets are in a fully segregated area,

Part of the reason, was the second lot of 3000 tickets would have hiked up to £45 I think, and even more for the last 3000. Big gamble for the club who will have to stump up for any shortfall

19:55 seemed like a slightly odd time for their kick off tonight. I wondered why it wasn't either 19:45 or 20:00 :unsure: - Anyone know why?

I thought Mcguire was stealing a living, but jeez. Lindelof is absolutely garbage.

If manure knew anything about the transfer market, they'd have the jawdees eyes out over either of these two.

I turned over to watch a programme on art theft on BBC Four after about 5 minutes.

Doesn’t sound like I’ve missed much.
