Or ask their employer to pay them what they worth.
As this thread shows they are garnering plenty of support. Just selfish gets like you.

Quite enjoying that this annoys him so much. But also frustrating that the penny still hasn't F***ing dropped. Or maybe it has and that's the problem. Hard to have to face up to getting something so utterly and ridiculously wrong isn't it.

You’re going to be disrupted a little bit, Christmas isn’t cancelled. Get a grip of yourself and have a bit of sympathy for those less fortunate than yourself.
