Biscuit of the week....

Fox's double chocolate chip cookies. Not too chunky that it pops your fillings, perfect bitability, and those lovely chocolate chunk surprises that melt in the mouth. A solid 9.5/10.
It all depends on what the biscuit is accompanying.

Now if you are having cup of tea, there is nothing better than a ginger biscuit to help bring out the flavours of the Yorkshire Tea.

Coffee, then for me it's got to be a digestive biscuit or a hobnob.

A chocolate chip cookie can go with either drink.

Chocolate oatie biscuit....dipped in a red hot cuppa so the chocolate slightly melts and always eat chocolate facing down

No!

You animal, choccy up or risk drippage!!1
Sorry mate but Legz is right here. I say this as a later convert, but there are no tastebuds in the roof of the mouth. Chocolate down is how you learn to enjoy the flavour.

Chocolate Malted Milk
Obviously, the best biscuit there is. Those European butter biscuits with chocolate on are pretty irresistible too.
I have an Orange Club with me afternoon tea at work - a design classic. Cold Kit Kats out the fridge? Do they count as a biscuit? Do Jaffa Cakes? Another design classic.
Proper McVities digestive with butter have their place too.
So many biscuits, so little time.

All the Lu biscuits are lovely. Not a dunker though so that may influence some. Cold milk with ginger nuts are also delightful.

It’s definitely gave me ideas 😍
That Dominos cookie monstrosity should be banned.

Back to the main topic though, Lidl Oaties are a robust dunker and rival ginger nuts when faced with a hot beverage. Morrisons Best Stem Ginger Cookies are my luxury dunk of choice though.

I’m thinking of recreating that with a Mars bar 😄
