why would any prem team want him? hes so overrated by Boro fans its actually shocking
I think he'd struggle to get a PL move but he's a very good championship player. His goal scoring rate from that RF position is amazing really.

His goal scoring rate (goals/90 mins played) over the last 2 seasons is exactly 0.50

Compare that to our other players playing in those positions behind the striker in the same timeframe

Jones - 0.18
McGree - 0.21
Crooks - 0.27
Azaz - 0.22
Greenwood - 0.23
Silvera - 0.31
Rogers - 0.14

He's a 1 in 2 player whereas Jones is a 1 in 5 player.

Akpom - 0.81
Ramsey - 0.68

Are the only 2 players in the last 2 seasons who have been more clinical.

I agree with all your points, but the point made (not by you) was he would struggle to get a move to a London based Championship club as they wouldn't be able to afford him.

I think Watford, QPR and Millwall could all take him.
Luton could well come down too.
He would be a very sad loss for me.

QPR and Millwall couldn’t afford him to be fair. If we sold we would surely be looking at £5m plus?

I think Its possible your right ,in a swap deal for Illias Chair , zian Fleming or Mileta Rajovic.

The absence of jones during the season has certainly exposed our weaknesses that hopefully will be well addressed in the months to come

I'd be more worried about how we replace his goals than his fee to be honest.

Our signings in the last 12 months (Silvera, Rogers, Gilbert and Azaz) combined have scored one more goal than Forss with 3 times more game time.

I always want to dispute all the claims of Forss being injury prone ever since we signed him. He played 42 games last year, that's not the amount a player who's always injured plays. Obviously this.season he's missed a lot of games due to injury, but then so have McGree, Hackney, Coburn, Fry, Lenihan, Smith, O'Brien, Lath, Jones and Bangura. I don't think he's any more injury prone than any of those players.

Yes agreed but we would try in the summer, I don’t think he will leave because Nobby said so, what’s his hit rate 0%?

Are Forss and McGree entering their final years?

Isn't it club policy now to sell in the last 12 months if they're able to do so?

*just checked, McGree is, Forss has another year.

Wouldn’t be totally surprising if both mcgree (especially) and forss left if they are pushing for moves. Obviously dependant on us getting a fee we deem as acceptable and having replacements lined up (easier said than done).
