Jawdees in general are alright, except when the subject turns to football. It's not helped either by the media inflating their egos to the absolute max. Remember, Sky, Keyes and Gray invented this Toon Army thing. There's was no such thing before Sky.

I don’t want them to go down. I would usually, but i think next season we could have a real chance of automatics. If Newcastle went down they would realistically take one of those places

The only time I'd like to see Newcastle,Sunderland or Leeds get relegated is if it saved us from the sane fate.
I'd get far more satisfaction seeing any of the so called elite cubs being relegated.
 
As the representatives of a murderous, torturing, dismembering regime I would like to see them cease to exist. Failing that I would like them to lose every week, in front of a global audience, with fans waving anti-KSA banners.
 
I hope they go down. Sick of the Sky love-in and 'best fans in the world' shyte that's spouted. They've treat nearly every manager they've had since SBR like shyte, no one is ever good enough for them. Now they're owned by one of the most despicable regimes on Earth (yeah, so are a few other clubs, but that doesn't excuse them).

I hope they go down, and I hope Sunderland come up - just so they can stuff the skunks next season (then I want Sunderland to go back to league 1 afterwards). ;)
 
They go down, the scumbag owners decide there are easier ways to use sport to wash blood off their hands so they walk away, leaving Newcastle to languish for a generation and teaching everyone a valuable lesson about getting into bed with sub-human scum.
 
I generally want to see north east teams to do well , but seen as they are the richest club in the world.. too funny to see they go down! Especially if we managed to go up!!
 
It’s a great city and they deserve to do well. I would like to see all three NE teams in the top flight. I think that all the NE teams benefit from having Newcastle in a strong financial position (just a shame about the questionable ethics). If good players see peers doing well at Newcastle the region isn’t seen as a negative when deciding on a move.

But to echo others, the richest club in the world being relegated is comedy gold.
 
Since I moved out the area I found Newcastle funny rather than hugely dislikeable. If they were to play one of the champions League clubs I'd want them to win. Since they've been taken over by the Saudis **** em.

West ham were the club I really hated. The tevez thing and their fans are pretty much the Newcastle of the south, but more scummy. Even them though I would rather see in the top four than any of the superleague franchises.
 
I hope they go down . IMO they are our biggest rivals . Each to their own but cant see why any Boro fan would want them to do well. In saying that its been over 10 years ( im guessing) since we played them , there will be lads knocking on 20 who probably barely recall us playing them
 
This question comes up on here all the time and I never cease to be amazed at the number of Boro fans who believe that, that lot doing well in some way benefits us. It doesn't, it never has and it never will.

I don't just want them relegated to the championship, I want them to sink as low as possible and never return. Same for the Mackems and the Dirties.

For me, it's just part of being a Boro fan. I have mates who are fans of each of the three, doesn't change a thing though.
